The Election Commission of India has announced the by-election date for three Assembly constituencies: Shiggaon in Haveri district, Channapatna in Ramanagara district, and Sandur in Ballari district. The by-election schedule is as follows: Last date for filing nomination: 25-10-2024 (Friday), Nomination scrutiny: 28-10-2024 (Monday), Last date for withdrawal of nomination: 30-10-2024 (Wednesday), Voting: 13-11-2024 (Wednesday), and Vote counting: 23-11-2024 (Saturday). Individuals aspiring to contest in these three Assembly constituencies must follow a specific procedure. They should download the Voter Recommendation Letter from the official website or mobile app of the Uttama Prajakeeya Party. As part of this process, they must adhere to the details listed in the recommendation letter and collect signatures from voters in their respective Assembly constituencies. Then, candidates must submit the Assembly Election application form with the required information and proper documents through the official website or mobile app of the Uttama Prajakeeya Party.

Aspirants wishing to contest in the 2024 Karnataka by-election from the Uttama Prajakeeya Party should download the Voter Recommendation Letter from the party's website today and start informing voters in their constituencies about the details mentioned in the letter. They should collect signatures from voters and continue uploading/posting photos/videos of the process to their Facebook accounts (ensure your Facebook account is set to Public/Open to the public). Then, login to the Uttama Prajakeeya Party website, link your public Facebook account, and submit your application as an aspirant candidate for the elections.

  1. Aspirants wishing to contest in various elections from the Uttama Prajakeeya Party should be fully aware of the election details.
  2. Aspirants should be fully aware and committed to the principles of the Prajakeeya.
  3. Aspirants must adhere to all rules and regulations of the Uttama Prajakeeya Party.
  4. Each person is allowed to submit only one election application. If more than one application is submitted, such applications will not be considered for any reason.
  5. All information provided in the election application must be accurate, and all documents should be correct and clear.
  6. Any necessary election-related expenses must be borne by the aspirant themselves.
  7. The Voter Recommendation Letter must be accompanied by the voter's signature and phone number (upload a photo of the signature collection while submitting the application).
  8. Applications will not be considered or will be rejected if the aspirant is found to be involved in activities contrary to the principles of Prajakeeya or if the aspirant is engaged in external activities unrelated to the Uttama Prajakeeya Party.
